Project Designer (Roof Trusses)
A vacancy has arisen for a Project Designer in the roof truss department. The role involves the design of roof trusses for timber frame buildings using architectural drawings and engineering information. A high degree of accuracy and good time management skills are required. Experience in detailing joists and roof trusses and knowledge of software packages used in preparation of roof truss designs and drawings is essential. Full training will be given on timber frame aspects of the role and in-house design packages.

Site Manager (Midlands)
This position involves the management of varying numbers of timber frame sites throughout the Midlands and surrounding areas.
Candidates must be able to work with a hands-on attitude, carry out Timber Frame quality checking and effectively liaise with clients and erectors ensuring projects meet programme deadlines. Applicants are required to hold a current construction related CSCS card and SMSTS qualification. CPCS card is preferable but not essential.
Experience within Timber Frame industry is essential along with full working knowledge of current health and safety legislation on construction sites.
