Scope: 30 no flats in
a 5 storey block
Project Features: This
five-storey development in a sea front location
was designed to accommodate not only disproportionate
collapse, but also a site that is exposed
to high wind speeds. The complex roof structure
was not only designed by Prestoplan’s
in house technicians, it was erected by the
company’s own installers.
