Project Features: Part
of a large prestigious riverside development,
these four and five storey flats were not
only designed for disproportionate collapse,
they feature the PresWeb floor system.
As timber staircases were utilised, a relaxation
from building control was granted and special
fire retarded stairs were supplied by Prestoplan.
