Health & Safety
At
every level of the Prestoplan business, nothing
is taken more seriously than Health & Safety.
Protecting and making safer the environment in
which people live and work is of paramount importance.
Prestoplan is also firmly committed to supporting
and promoting industry and government schemes,
as well as those that form part of its own Health & Safely
policy.
When operating on-site, Prestoplan’s Construction and Site Managers
are fully committed to supporting the Main Contractor in the implementation
of their Health & Safety plan. We fully endorse the UKTFA Code of practice for Timber Frame Construction and the associated Fire Safety on Timber Frame Construction Sites.
Prestoplan is routinely training its employees in the safe use of equipment
and addressing issues that impact on those working within a production
facility. Prestoplan’s goal is to continue introducing new ways
of completing tasks in a better and safer manner. Our committment is now backed by our registration with the British Safety Council under the OHSAS 18001 scheme.
