History
Prestoplan first began setting the standards in timber frame construction
here in the UK since 1967. Since its inception, the company
has grown to become one of the largest timber frame manufacturers
in the UK . From the outset, Prestoplan has developed a pedigree
for the pioneering role it has played in timber frame construction.
Today, for example, the company remains in close cooperation with
such major industry bodies as TRADA, BRE and the UKTFA. Prestoplan
is also involved in a number of international initiatives focused
on furthering the opportunities and benefits that can be gained from
timber engineered structures.
