Producing out of what is acknowledged as one of the
most modern manufacturing facilities of its kind
in the UK, it is their role to create the timber
frame components that make up the whole. Supported
by modern manufacturing technologies, they deliver
timber frame components to the highest quality levels
and exacting dimensional tolerances.
Drawing on technologies that include the latest computer controlled optimising
saws, automated panel lines, and engineered metal webbed joist and floor
cassette production cells, manufacture centres on a finely tuned sequenced
production process that guarantees components are produced on time, every
time.
Using only the best of raw materials, each fabricated Prestoplan timber
frame component matches the magnitude of engineering that has gone into
its design.
