A. Prestoplan is active in Private Housing, Social Housing, Hotel / Leisure sectors, Care Home, Student and Key worker accommodation.

Q. Do you provide timber frames for the one off market?
A. No, we do not provide a service to the individual house builder.

Q. Do you provide timber frames for export?
A. We have previously exported to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Spain and Japan . We would appraise any suitable scheme.

Q. What services do you offer?
A. In general terms we design, manufacture, supply and install a timber frame structural shell. This can either be in loose form or cassetted floor panels. In addition, we can supply and install staircases, PVCu fascias and soffits, soft landing systems and provide a solution for the supply and installation of the separating floating floor.

Q. Do you operate nationwide?
A. Our current area of operation is throughout England and Wales. Our Head Office and production unit of some 85,000 sq ft is based near Preston, Lancashire. We have a regional office in Worcestershire and countrywide base of Project and Site Managers.

Q. Do you supply roof trusses and PresWeb joists?
A. Not as a separate service, only as part of a timber frame structure.

Q. How many units do you manufacture?
A. As described above, we operate in different market sectors, but broken into individual units, this equates to approximately 2,800 units per year, with a current capacity of approximately 3,500 units a year.
