Scope 479 Bed Timber Frame Student Accommodation
Project Features The design of timber frame for this project had to meet the exacting requirements of the client for all aspects of eco ratings.
Working with the main contractor Prestoplan assisted with loading of the bathroom pods and other materials to maximise the use of labour. Due to the confined location part of the M&E equipment was factory fitted which greatly assisted the installation process.
Inclusive of all the additional work undertaken, Prestoplan finished three weeks ahead of schedule.
