Scope 90 Bed, 4 Storey Timber Frame Hotel
Project Features This 90 bed, 4 storey hotel involved a fast track build solution to meet the clients proposed opening dates. Prestoplan utilised factory assembled floor cassettes and also factory fitted some of the noggins to ensure compliance with the programme. In addition, low moisture ultrajoist timber ring beams were used to reduce shrinkage to a minimum.
