Scope 589 Bed Timber Frame Student Accommodation. 3, 4 & 6 Storey.
Project Features On this design and build contract time was critical. Twenty thousand square metres of frame was delivered and erected over a 22 week programme and handed over on time by working in close co-operation with both the design and construction teams. This included six steel podia designed and erected by Prestoplan as part of the superstructure.
The frame detailing and pre-fabrication solutions utilised our extensive experience in this sector. Once again this successful project demonstrates the extensive capabilities that Prestoplan can bring to bear in delivering project solutions.
